Hey guys! Since Round 3 at Big Willow is this Sunday I just wanted to give you a glance at what the day will look like ahead of time. Please read this entirely before asking questions as they may be answered in this post. Thanks!
Registration – Arrive between 7:15-7:30am
Sunday is going to be a packed day! On top of the Roadster Cup there is also Redline Time Attack, so it’s going to be a very busy day. Luckily, I’m going to get there early so we will have our own registration line. Before coming to register with me, you must have a Driver Waiver and general tech form filled out. I will have Roadster Cup tech forms available, but I recommend printing one (download and print here) ahead of time and bringing it with you. So you will have a grand total of 3 forms. Every participant MUST have a Roadster Cup tech form turned into timing. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
Timing is free and included in your track day. Timing will only have one line for all drivers (so it could be a long wait!). I recommend heading straight to the timing line after registration. You will turn in your Roadster Cup Tech form to Timing. Before going to timing, make sure you have your tech form filled out with the appropriate class so Bryan (our timing guy) can input your information. You must trade an ID or Credit Card as collateral to receive timing. Even if you rent a helmet and leave your ID for that, you still have to leave a second form of ID or a Credit Card with timing. Your ID will be returned to you once you’ve returned your transponder. If two people are sharing a car, each driver must have their own transponder and run only one transponder on the car at a time in correspondence with the driver. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
The Roadster Cup run group will have a separate drivers’ meeting. We will go over gridding, flags, passing, and Roadster Cup procedures.
Roadster Cup Private Group – MANDATORY (Unless in beginner or sharing a car)
We will have a private run group and since there will only be 4 run groups and it’s also a Redline day, we are requiring all Roadster Cup participants to be in this group unless they are in the beginner class or sharing a car. The first session will be qualifying and sessions 2, 3, and 4 will be gridded.
Times will only count from one run group if you are running in multiple groups, and you must tell me at the beginning of the day. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
The Roadster Cup group will grid when they announce the session before. We will try to make as many announcements as possible to make sure that you do not miss the call to grid. BE ON TIME TO GRID! Failure to be on time to grid may result in losing your grid spot, and you will be sent out at the back of the group.
Each driver has until their 4th session to set their fastest time.
If you have not received your Roadster Cup season sticker or Roadster Cup sticker I will have those available.
Awards will be immediately following the last Blue session.
We will take a group photo after the awards.

I will see you guys Sunday!
